Still

Good morning

Daily rhythm

Begin the day. Set its shape before it sets yours.

How did you sleep?
Today's focus
keep it to three

Coming home. Leave the working day at the door — the people ahead deserve you, not what's left of you.

How was the day?
What are you carrying in?
Who will you be present for tonight?

The day is done. Put it down, settle tomorrow in your mind, then rest.

A good moment from today
Anything to set down?
Tomorrow, one thing
How did today feel?

This week

This week

The middle rhythm — between today and the month.
This week's aims
two or three
This week's feel
Weekend
make it worth it
How did the week go?
This month

July

Directions, not checklists. Three or four is plenty.
End-of-month reflection
On the last day, Still asks one question per goal: did this month move you toward it? Yes, somewhat, or not really. No percentages, no guilt.
This year

2026

The broad spectrum. What would make this a good year?
Monthly directions roll up here — you'll see which months moved each one forward.

What the days show

Not scores to beat. Just gentle noticing.
Mood
average mood
nights you slept deeply
focus items you completed
days you showed up

These are correlations in your own entries, not conclusions. Read them lightly.

Sends one anonymous number — how long Still has been on this device — at most once a day, so we can see whether people keep using it. Never anything you write.
Contact & feedback Support Still
Still is free and always will be. If it's been useful and you'd like to help cover its costs, that's welcome — but never expected. Nothing changes in the app either way.

Your daily rhythm

Tap an icon above to start a name, or just type. These repeat every day; ticks reset each morning, your list stays.

How to use Still

Still follows the shape of a day. There’s nothing to set up — open it when it fits, skip what doesn’t.

1In the morning

Rate how you slept, then name up to three things that actually matter today. Three is the point — a short list you finish beats a long one you don’t. Gratitude is there if you want it, folded away if you don’t.

When you’re ready to leave, tap I’m heading out to close off the morning.

2Coming home

Switch to Evening. Name what you’re carrying in from work so you can set it down, and who you want to be present for tonight. This is the part that protects the evening from the day.

3Before bed

Switch to Night. One good moment, anything you want to let go of, and the single thing that would make tomorrow good — then rest. Rate how the day felt and you’ll get a reflection matched to it.

Daily rhythm

The chips near the top are habits you repeat — gym, a walk, reading. Tap to tick them off. They reset each morning; your list stays. Tap Edit to change them.

Work list

Separate from today’s focus, and deliberately so. Focus is the two or three things that matter; the Work list button at the bottom holds everything else you need to get done. Anything unfinished rolls over to tomorrow, marked with how long it’s been waiting.

Zooming out

This week, this month and this year are for directions rather than checklists. Still will nudge you toward them at the right moments — a new month, a closing week — and the nudge disappears once you’ve done it.

Miss a day and nothing breaks. There are no streaks to protect and no scores to beat — Patterns just shows you what the days have looked like.

Privacy & your data

What you write here stays here.

Still saves your entries in this browser, on this device. There are no accounts and no sign-in. Nothing you write is uploaded to a server, shared, sold, or read by anyone — including us. There are no cookies, no advertising, and no third-party analytics.

The one thing Still does send

At most once a day, Still sends a single number: roughly how long it has been on this device — first week, first month, and so on. That is the whole message. There is no name, no account, no device ID, and nothing that could link two days together or back to you. We use it only to see whether people keep Still after the first week. Turn it off any time under Help with the usage count in Settings; nothing else changes if you do.

What that means for you

Because your entries live only on this device, they won’t appear on your other phone or computer. And if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or the browser frees up storage on its own, they can be erased.

So it’s worth tapping Back up my data now and then. That saves a small file you keep — you can restore it here later, or move it to another device.

One honest note: whoever hosts this site can see ordinary web records like an IP address and the time of a visit, as with any website. That never includes anything you write. If you use the optional Support Still link, that opens a payment page run by someone else, under their own privacy terms — nothing about your journal goes with you.
